We discussed and you mixed colors using colored pencils. I also told you the clean up procedures in class (make sure you follow them)!!!!
Now it is time to paint..., but wait, first measurement!
You will need to measure on a separate piece of paper so that you can paint in squares to cut out. You may be asking, why do I need to do this first? If you mix the wrong color and put it on a final paper you are stuck, but when you paint on one sheet cut out the pieces and glue it on another if you make a mistake you can fix it first!
In class I will give you the steps needed for the grid to paint on.
This is part of listening for understanding and comprehension. You will label your primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. You will mix and paint them in the corresponding boxes. You will cut out the correct shapes and paste them on in the proper place on the color wheel. I will give a demonstration on tints, shades, and tones.
You will complete your color wheel for your reference. This is Due October _____ at the end of class.
